A full letting and management service is available to landlords, which includes property maintenance, repair and refurbishment. In addition, we can provide professional services such as rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.
We provide:
- Colour marketing details for all properties using digital photography – free of charge.
- All viewings and vetting is carried out at no expense to the landlord.
- Full instruction of legal advisors through to completion of documentation.
- Full liaison with tenant to relieve Landlord involvement.
Our standard commission rate is 10% of all monies collected, and we offer reductions for larger portfolios.
Buildings insurance can be arranged on behalf of Landlords if required. Rents are collected by direct debit wherever possible. A credit control service is included within our management fee together with financial and administrative support to provide regular reporting and accounting. Multiple occupation buildings or service charge arrangements are also managed.
