The origins of Watson Property Management can be traced back to the 1800’s. During its long history the Company has seen many changes. During the last eleven years employee numbers have increased from 2 to 21 and they are all dedicated to the comprehensive management of apartment blocks, residential, shops, offices and industrial properties.
The growth of our business has been achieved through our level of personal service of clients and our professional approach. Engraved in our philosophy is the need to communicate clearly and quickly, be accessible and approachable at all times and be prepared to go the “extra mile” to solve problems.
As member of both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) we achieve the highest professional standards. Our computerised Property Management System is accessible on line to our Surveyors based in the North West, Midlands and South East of England as well as our Head Office at Wetherby near Leeds. Our staff are multi-skilled so as to facilitate a speedy response to all queries raised with us and the timely processing of all financial transactions.
