Tim Mullen is the Property Director at Watson Property Management and is based at the Head Office in Wetherby. Tim deals with our commercial portfolio as well as residential lettings and maangement. He provides technical and legal support to client Management Companies and leaseholders.

Karl is primarily responsible for ensuring the continued expansion of our national portfolio of residential managed developments and for building and establishing closer relationships with developer clients. Whether you are involved with a Resident Management Company or are a developer, Karl will be pleased to discuss your requirements.

Steve oversees the work of all of our maintenance surveyors and assistant surveyors to ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory and budgetary requirements. All of our surveying staff report directly to Steve. In addition, Steve manages properties along the A1 corridor as far as Newcastle.

Trevor operates from our head office at Wetherby and manages a portfolio of properties across the region from Leeds to Hull. He is assisted by Chris MacFarlane.

Ian works from our Wetherby office and shares the management of the North Eastern portfolio with Trevor. Ian is assisted by Chris MacFarlane and has properties from West Yorkshire across to York.

Paul works closely with the Northern based surveyors in the management of their properties throughout the North as well as managing his own portfolio of developments in the A1/North Easet corridor.

Chris is the second of our surveying assistants serving the Northern region. Chris provides support services to the Maintenance Surveyors and the Surveyor Manager. Chris is also adding to his own portfolio of properties in the Leeds and York areas.

Gary manages our portfolio of properties in Manchester and Merseyside as well as properties into West Yorkshire along the M62 corridor. He is assisted by Paul Dixon in relation to the Yorkshire and Manchester portfolio.

Michael covers the whole of our portfolio across the Midlands from the Welsh border over to East Anglia. His portfolio also incorporates a number of properties in Derbyshire.

Ryan is based in the South and manages all of our properties along the South coast of England as well as central London.
